Let's all take a moment to reflect upon our own lives and loved ones today, and to love each other. So Many things happen in the blink of an eye.

Happy Birthday Matthew. Matthew would have turned 31 today. Do you harbor resentment against people because of their livestyle, beliefs, race, or class? Hate KILLS, everyone is a victim to hate, no one is immune. Hate does not uplift and build; Hate destroys.



Let's also take a moment to reflect on our own personal behaviors and actions. Today is also World AIDS Day. Cherish your loved ones, talk about HIV and AIDS. You are either part of the solution or you are contributing to the problem. Period.
